Automation & AI

AI, working inside your processes.

We connect your software to each other and to AI, and automate the work that is done by hand today: joiners and leavers, tickets, inventory, alerts, reports and moving data from one system to another.

What you stop doing by hand.

A new starter, in one step

Account, email, licences, device and access prepared at once, with no lists and nothing forgotten.

Leavers with no loose ends

Access removed, licences freed up and the device located the same day.

Tickets that sort themselves

Classified, prioritised and routed to the right person, with the context already gathered.

Orders and invoices without typing

Data goes from the email or the PDF into your ERP without copying it by hand.

Reports that build themselves

Every month, with data from your systems, generated and sent without anyone putting them together.

Alerts that make sense

Your systems’ alerts, summarised and prioritised: what is happening, what it affects and what to do.

Inventory always up to date

Devices, licences and users reconciled across your systems, without spreadsheets.

Your documentation, one question away

Procedures, manuals and old tickets you can query in plain language.

Less manual work, more control.

IT and security automation

Alert triage, joiners and leavers, inventory, tickets and repetitive tasks.

MCP servers

We connect AI to your tools (ERP, ticketing, email, documentation, consoles) so it can query and act, always with scoped permissions.

System integrations

ERP, CRM, email and ticketing connected by API, so data flows from one to another on its own.

Agents that work for you

They prepare the work (a draft, a ticket, a change) and leave it ready.

Assistants on your technical documentation

Answers about your procedures, your inventory or your tickets, saying where each fact comes from.

Assistants for your customers

AI customer service connected to your systems: it checks an order or an incident, opens a ticket or answers from your documentation, and hands over to a person when needed.

Alerts that explain themselves

They arrive saying what is happening, what it affects and what to do.

AI on your premises

If your data cannot leave the building, we design and set up AI servers with open models on your infrastructure.

First, in our own operation.

Our SOC, BKA Phylax, works like this: as soon as a case opens, the AI reads it, cross-checks it with everything else and proposes a response to the on-call analyst. And our own operation (documentation, reports, internal tools) runs on MCP servers we have built ourselves.

From one concrete case to production.

  1. One concrete caseWe pick a process with a measurable before and after.
  2. Pilot with your dataWe test it in your environment.
  3. Into productionWe leave it running in your day-to-day, with every action logged.
  4. OperationWe maintain it, measure it and fine-tune it as it is used.

What people usually ask.

What is an MCP server?

It is a standard connector (Model Context Protocol) that lets an AI assistant query and use your systems with the permissions you give it. We set it up and maintain it.

Do you build chatbots?

Yes, when the value lies in connecting it to your systems: orders, tickets, inventory or documentation. So it doesn’t just answer, it gets things done.

Does my data end up with an AI outside Europe?

We choose the model based on your data: a European one such as Mistral, an open one or one on your premises.

Where do we start?

With one concrete task that takes up hours every week. If it can be automated, we’ll tell you; if not, we’ll tell you that too.

Does the AI decide on its own?

As you prefer: some tasks can run on their own and others you’ll want to review first. We define it with you.

Tell us what you do by hand.

Tell us which task takes up the most hours each week and we’ll tell you whether it can be automated.
